Orders can be placed using our on-line shop, email, telephone, post or via our Website.

Delivery/Postal Costs :

£7.49 : Postal fee for any single lamp/product regardless of weight

(Please call or email if purchasing multiple items for reduced Postage rates).

Products(s) are despatched once payment has cleared.  The following payment methods are accepted :
· Credit Card or Debit Card (on-line shop, email, over phone or in writing)
· Cheque made payable to : Healing Salt Krafts Ltd

From receipt of payment, your order will be despatched.  Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery (although most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days). 
This is dependant on the carrier.

The carrier requires a signature on delivery of goods.
Please supply an address for daytime delivery (9am – 6pm).
If no-one is present to sign for the delivery of goods, a £5 surcharge is incurred for each failed attempt to deliver by the carrier.

Should you require an order that is out of stock, a pre-order should be placed and we will keep you notified of availability.
Once in stock, we will request payment and arrange delivery.

Healing Salt Krafts reserves the right to change/update the products, prices and terms on this Website at any time and without notice.

Descriptions of products described or illustrated on our Website eg. size, colour, weight
are approximate as no two salt products are ever exactly the same.

Prices quoted on our Website are inclusive of VAT.

Returns Policy

We are confident you will be delighted with the product(s) you have purchased from Healing Salt Krafts.

If in the unlikely event you wish to return your goods, Healing Salt Krafts complies with EU regulations as follows :
Items must be returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
